Vietnam Oil and Gas Expo 2011, the 9th International Exhibition, took place in Hanoi, Vietnam

October 27–29, 2011, the city of Hanoi became the venue for the international exhibition of Oil and Gas industry of Vietnam.

The Vietnam Oil & Gas Expo is held every two years beginning since 1991 with the assistance of the government and oil-producing corporations of Vietnam. The Exhibition of the year 2011 was ranked the largest for the whole time of its existence; over 190 companies from 19 countries took part in this tradeshow.

The Giang Vo Exhibition Centre of Hanoi attracted the industrial circles of Vietnam, France, Russia, Singapore, Norway and other countries.

Among the representatives of the Russian Oil and Gas Industry there were such corporations and organizations as Gazprom, Lukoil, JSC Zarubezhneft, TMK (steel pipe production), NPF Paker. Foreign participants included BP, Chevron, CNOOC, Conocophilips, Honeywell, Keppel, Petronas, Technip and other companies.

FRESHEXPO developed and successfully realized design projects for JSC Zarubezhneft, JSC VNIIneft, OJSC Giprovostokneft, JV "LLC "«Rusvietpetro».

As part of this exhibition, representatives of JSC Zarubezhneft and JSC VNIIneft took part in a workshop devoted to The development and production of oil and gas resources in the Russian Federation. International cooperation, as well as in the SCIENCE - TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE 2011.

At this tradeshow new equipment prototypes were presented, there were held conferences and round-table discussions on new technologies of production and treatment for raw stocks. Business community had many meetings, negotiations and preliminary agreements on the delivery and shipment of production and equipment.
