The Largest Oil & Gas Exhibition ADIPEC-2015 in Abu Dhabi opening today

On November 09, 2015, the city of Abu Dhabi witnessed the opening of Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference ADIPEC at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Standing as one of the world’s top three energy events, and the largest in the Middle East and North Africa, ADIPEC is a knowledge-sharing platform that enables industry experts to exchange ideas and information that shape the future of the energy sector.

ADIPEC is the global meeting point for oil and gas professionals where they can get first-hand information about current trends in the power sector, explore investment opportunities and come face to face with new technologies and business opportunities.

In 2015, ADIPEC is expected to host more than 2,000 exhibitors, 85,000 attendees, and 7,000 delegates, once again breaking its previous records. 23 national pavilions were organized by Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, USA, Great Britain, and Saudi Arabia.

This year, ADIPEC 2015 will present the following sections:

• Equipment and technologies for Oil & Gas and petrochemical industry;
• Oil and gas production, field exploration;
• Storage and transportation of oil, gas, and oil products;
• Environment protection: waste processing, industrial water treatment, soil contamination control equipment;
• Safety systems;
• Power equipment.

This year, the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) will be launching a dedicated Offshore, Marine and Heavy Equipment Zone situated on the waterfront at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), only 150 meters away from the main exhibition floor.

At the International Oil&Gas Conference, held as part of ADIPEC 2015 exhibition, the leading industry experts will talk about innovations in the power sector. The inaugural specialized ADIPEC Offshore and Marine Conference, produced and managed by dmg events, will take centre-stage in a purpose built dedicated waterside theatre, where more than 40 speakers will present valuable offshore oil and gas knowledge and information. Its 12 industry sessions will offer exclusive panel discussions, case studies, and project updates focusing on vital developments related to shipping, maritime security and safety, pipeline infrastructure and transportation, shallow and deep water exploration and production, oil field developments and technological advances. Some 15 sessions at the Oil & Gas Conference will be devoted to women in the industry. Participants of the event will get ADIPEC Awards for the best innovations, technologies, projects, and initiatives.

The exhibition will be open on 9-12 November.
