EXPO 2017 – FUTURE ENERGY is coming to its end in the capital of Kazakhstan

The international specialized exhibition “EXPO 2017 – Future Energy” commenced on June 10 in the capital of Kazakhstan will be ended in a few days on September 10. Over 3 million guests visited this global event within this period.

“EXPO 2017 – Future Energy” Forum encapsulate a new step of discussions in managing the climate change and modern energy sources. By selecting the “Future Energy” topic to be the Forum’s main theme, Astana is focusing on the importance of defining the way to sustainable future energy. This event is intended to enlighten, reinvent, inspire, and share experiences, as well as to become a universal benchmark for the future of renewable energy.

For the first time “EXPO 2017” is held in CIS countries with millions of visitors, that is why every country strives to create one-of-a-kind pavilion that is efficient to represent its national identity and demonstrate its level of economic and technology development to the entire world.

Some of the most inspiring and interactive showrooms that celebrate the Forum’s idea had been demonstrated in the pavilions of Kazakhstan, Israel, the Principality of Monaco, South Korea, Singapore, Russia, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and other thematic pavilions showing the unique innovations and projects of the future smart cities.

The guests of the exhibition had the opportunity to visit the pavilions of all participating countries, taste a lot of ethnic food, make some memorable photos and videos, experience new feelings and accomplishments, celebrate the National Days of world countries, and take part in different shows and evening parades.

We invite you to visit the EXPO 2020! This event will be held in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai from October 20, 2020 till April 10, 2021. The location for this future exhibition was defined as a result of the voting held at the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE). The UAE became the first country from the Middle East qualified to conduct the future EXPO. The slogan of this exhibition is “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”.
