CSTB 2013, the 15th International Exhibition for Television and Telecommunication Technologies, took place in Moscow, Russia

CSTB-2013 takes place at Moscow exhibition center Crocus Expo since January 29. About 500 companies from 26 countries present their achievements in all kinds of communication and modern technologies. CSTB'2013 is one of the key specialized events for media professionals. In terms of this exhibition there take place various discussions and the Mobile Multimedia Forum, and they also name the winners of the national award in the field of digital TV "Bolshaya Tsifra" (Big Digit).

In the spotlight of this-year Forum is the round-table discussion on "Digitizing the TV and radio broadcasting in Russia". According to participants of this discussion, in the nearest future (in about 2–3 years) the federal channels will be ready to start HD broadcasting.

CSTB-2013 includes all popular formats and trends in TV and telecommunication technologies: mobile multimedia communication, satellite and on-air broadcasting, mobile TV, HDTV, 3DTV, subscriber service systems, IPTV, OTT, TV content, multiservice networks, satellite communication.
