I, the Website User, hereby give my consent to LIMITED TRADE DEVELOPMENT «FRESHEXPO» (TIN 7718814390 / OGRN 1107746588476 dated July 26, 2010), address: Russia, 129164, Moscow, Yaroslavskaya St., 8, Bldg. 3, Room I, Floor 2, Rooms 32, 33, Office 218 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), for the processing of my personal data specified in the application, namely:

Purpose of personal data processing:

- Promotion of goods, works, and services on the market (through the collection of contact information from feedback forms);

- Informing the User by sending messages.


          This consent is granted for the performance of actions with respect to my personal data that are necessary or desirable for achieving the above purposes, including (without limitation) the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, as well as the performance of any other actions with my personal data as provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

I have been informed of and consent to the Operator processing my personal data both by non-automated and automated means. This consent remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is revoked in writing in a free form. Upon expiration of this period, the consent shall be deemed extended in the absence of information about its withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal of consent, the processing of personal data shall be terminated, and the data shall be destroyed, provided there are no contractual obligations between me and the Operator, including the full execution of a previously concluded agreement (for example, a service contract), as well as no outstanding debts under such an agreement, within no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of termination of the contract.

I hereby agree to receive, via telephone, fax, mobile communications, and electronic mail, information and advertising messages about products and services developed by the Operator.

Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject by sending a written notice to the Operator.
