From 21–24 April, the 20th anniversary International Exhibition for Transport and Logistics Services and Technologies «TRANSRUSSIA» will take place at Moscow’s Crocus Expo. It is currently the largest trade event on transport and logistics in Eastern Europe.
In the Russian National Exhibition Rating in 2014, TransRussia was recognized as the best Russian transport, cargo handling, warehouse and logistics exhibition in the Professional Interest, International Recognition, and Market Reach categories. Last year, TransRussia featured 495 Russian and international companies from 29 countries, on a space of 20,500 sqm. Over the 4 days, the exhibition was attended by 15 thousand industry specialists from 71 regions of Russia and 50 other countries.
FRESHEXPO developed and successfully realized a 60 sq.m. design project of the exhibition stand for Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port.
The design project was based on the company’s corporate colors. The exhibition stand features a back-room for employees, a meeting room, an open space for negotiation and a reception area.
The design of the meeting room uses wood materials and a lighted water panel. Inside the room is decorated with Cristal Light panels and has a plasma display.
The back and side walls are ornamented with stylish graphic prints.
The open space features: a corner information desk, decorative compositions, touch-panels and comfortable furniture. Such interior creates a positive and relaxed atmosphere for conducting negotiations.
A distinctive suspended structure helps guests of the exhibition easily find the company’s stand in the pavilion.
All the suggested elements — including water panel, logos on plexiglass, Cristal Light panels, floral design, ect. — give the exhibition stand a modern, light and stylish look and make it stand out on the background of other exhibition exponents.
This year, the largest transport companies will present their services and innovation equipment at TransRussia 2015:
Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, Russian Railways, Russian Railways Logistics, TransContainer, Freight One, Rusagrotrans, Uralvagonzavod, UVZ Logistics, Globaltrans, Global Ports, Deutsche Bahn, Dachser, Port of Hamburg, CMA CGM, Unifeeder, Turkish Cargo, and many more. 50 companies will exhibit for the first time.
Kazakhstan, Belarus, Germany, Finland, Latvia and Estonia organized national pavilions in order to present all capabilities of their regional industrial companies.
There will also be a presentation area where exhibitors can demonstrate their IT solutions, navigation systems and other innovations and developments.
Industry journalists and news agencies will get an opportunity to meet company directors and industry experts and ask them about the development trends for the transport and logistics industry in the Open Dialogue interview studio. Topics covered in the interviews this year will include the new economic reality: reorienting freight traffic, import substitution, how to save on logistics in a crisis, increasing competitive advantages with green technologies, legislation for railway transport, routing as a mechanism to optimize the transportation process, normative aspects of cooperation between railways and ports, new opportunities for container transport, ways of surviving as a railway car designer and engineer with reduced demand, and the development prospects for the transport community in Crimea, etc.
