AGROPRODMASH 2015 – Machinery, Equipment and Ingredients for Processing Industry Exhibition

Next week, Moscow will see the opening of a specialized exhibition for manufacturers of food-processing equipment. At Expocentre Krasnaya Presnya you will see innovative developments in industrial automation, solutions for processing meat and poultry, fish and seafood, dairy products and cheeses; for production of ready-to-eat-meals, confectionery and bakery foods; as well as packaging, refrigerating equipment, etc.
Over the last few years, Russian manufacturers, especially in food and agricultural industry, got a second wind when for political reasons western competitors freed the niche in the market and the government adopted an import substitution policy in strategic areas. However, for practical application of most developments it is important to present to investors more cost-effective solutions from Russian manufacturers, for instance, in terms of such large events as AGROPRODMASH.
Last year 762 companies from 36 countries (the exposition at the area of 22111 square meters) participated in AGROPRODMASH trade show and there were 19,155 visitors from 60 countries and more than 1,000 cities in all federal districts of the Russian Federation.
PRODEXPO 2016 – International Exhibition for Food, Beverage and Food Raw Materials

PRODEXPO — Russia’s largest food exhibition — will traditionally take place early next year. Coverage of the event is impressive: last year it was attended by 1,997 companies from 65 countries took their exhibition area of 100,000 square meters in More than 54,900 people from 97 countries attended the PRODEXPO, which is 4.2% higher than a year earlier. .
The event receives extensive coverage in the mass media and a lot of genuine interest among specialists empowered to sign partner agreements and take decisions as to purchasing products and equipment for their companies.

ANUGA - the world´s leading food fair for the retail trade and the food service and catering market

Quite soon, the German city of Cologne will host an immense industrial exhibition Anuga, which is deservedly considered to be the world-leading event in the sector. Anuga is held every 2 years. In 2013, in an area of 284,000 sq.m. gathered 6777 participants from 98 countries. Their products are rated by 154,462 visitors from 187 countries.

FoodPex 2015 – International Food Processing and Packaging Exhibition
(17 – 20 November)
In November, China will see several exhibitions for related industries at the same time: the exhibition for food processing technologies FoodPex will go in parallel with package trade shows PacPro Asia and BulkPex, and a pharmaceutical exhibition China Pharm. It is expected that the joint event will be attended by more than 1,500 exhibitors and 60,000 visitors to the exhibition space of 60,000 sq.m.
SIAL MIDDLE EAST 2015 – International Food Trade Fair

The Middle East variant of the largest food exhibition SIAL in Paris will demonstrate a large selection of food and developments for hospitality industry, food processing equipment and package. In 2014 the exhibition was attended by 466 exhibitors from 43 countries and 9707 visitors from 78 countries.

IGW BERLIN 2016 - INTERNATIONAL GREEN WEEK
(15 – 24 January)
The one-of-a-kind International Green Week, the world’s largest combined exhibition for the food, agricultural and horticultural industries, takes place at the beginning of each year in Berlin. Here you can find absolutely everything: equipment for gardening, forestry, woodworking, landscape design, animal husbandry and poultry farming, as well as a largest selection of ready-to-eat-meals and beverages from all over the world.
The exhibition is famous for its sales, large-scale presentations of innovation equipment, professional industrial forums, workshops and conferences.
Russian companies for more than 20 years participate in IGW BERLIN. And you could see 1 658 participants from 68 countries (over an area of 130,000 square meters). More than 415,000 consumers have visited the exhibition, presented 33 innovative investment projects and signed 14 agreements worth 102 million euros.

Fruit Logistica 2016 – Fresh Produce Trade Show
(3 – 5 February)
Early in 2016, Berlin is also hosting a most interesting single-niche exhibition that will present solutions for crude foodstuffs (fresh fruit and vegetables, dried fruit and nuts), their package and labeling, transport and logistics systems, processing and storage, cultivation systems, etc.
There were almost 65,000 professional visitors and among the 2797 exhibitors from 137 countries at Fruit Logistica-2015 (a total exhibition area of 116,000 square meters).
Since this exhibition is targeted at such narrow audience, it becomes a highly-effective tool for promotion in the market segment.
Gulfood 2016 - Trade show for Food and Beverage, Hotel Supplies and Services, Food Processing Machinery

In Dubai — one of the Middle East leading economic centres — there will take place the region-largest exhibition that will unite under one roof all possible segments of the industry: ready-to-eat foods (including the world’s biggest exhibition for halal products Halal World Food), procurement for caterers and hotels, equipment for food industry and related services.
The exhibition is growing by leaps and bounds in the past year exposition area of Dubai Trade Center DWTC has been increased to 23,000 square meters immediately up to 127,000 square meters. m. to accommodate all comers. Participants gathered at the exhibition of more than 4,800 from 120 countries and more than 85,000 visitors came from 170 countries. Officially it organized 120 national pavilions.
Foodex Japan 2016 - International Food and Beverage Exhibition

An exotic for a Russian consumer Japanese exhibition Foodex Japan is nevertheless Asia’s most noticeable event for food industry. In 2015 it passed in the 40-th time in 2977 and presented the exhibition participants from 79 countries for 77,361 visitors from 87 countries. The Japanese are extremely attentive to what they eat. They could not care more about the quality and ecological safety of their food and processing technologies.
