Caspian Oil & Gas - The largest Oil & Gas exhibition in the Caspian region — is opening in Baku

Over 300 companies will take part in the International Exhibition and Conference «Caspian Oil & Gas», which is opening today, on 2 June, 2015, at Baku Expocentre.
Caspian Oil & Gas is the largest event for power sector in the Caspian region. The exposition will settle at three pavilions of Baku Expocentre and on the open-air exhibition space.
 
Among the top issues are innovation technologies in oil and gas production, transportation of energy resources, provision of oil and gas storage systems, current and future oil and gas projects in the region and much more. As part of the Oil & Gas exhibition there will also take place a specialized exposition for alternative energy sector and efficient energy saving systems «Caspian Power-2015».

The exhibition is officially supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources. As a tradition, President Ilham Aliyev spoke at the opening ceremony.

Among participants of Caspian Oil & Gas are such companies as: State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Volgaburmash, VELAN, HMS Group, Magnitigorsk Iron & Steel works, Motor Sich Airlines, Oil and Gas Systems, Novomet-Perm, United Engine Corporation, OMK, Parker, RusNeft, TMK, Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant (ChelPipe), Azerenerji, BP, McDermott Caspian Contractors Inc, Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.S., Schlumberger, Total S.A., Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) and more.

The exhibition will continue until 5 June, 2015. On 3–4 June, at JW MarriottAbsheron Baku hotel there will take place the International Conference Caspian Oil & Gas. According to expectations, over 50 representatives of state structures, leading oil and gas experts, CEOs of large oil and gas companies from all over the world will speak at the conference.
