MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow 2014
25–28 August, 2014, Moscow — Expocentre will present an opportunity to thoroughly explore present-day market of spare parts and components for cars and learn about innovation methods of maintenance, mechanical services and vehicle repair at the exhibition MIMS powered by Automechanika Moscow 2014. This year its area totals 51,000 sq. m. It is expected to attract at least 1600 participants and roughly 16,500 visitors.
EXHIBITIONS OF CARS AND VEHICLES AT CROCUS EXPO IN 2014
InterAuto 2014
The annual exhibition InterAuto 2014 will take place on 28–31 August at Crocus Expo. Over 700 companies from 30 regions of Russia and other countries will present their exhibits on over 45 thousand sq. m.
In addition to vast exhibition, visitors are invited to take part in an eventful business program — conferences and workshops on pressing issues of the current year in order to assess development perspectives of the industry for the next year.
Moscow International Automobile Salon MIAS 2014
MIAS 2014
On roughly the same dates, 27 August to 7 September, at Crocus Expo starts the famous Moscow International Automobile Salon MIAS 2014, which is held every two years. This year its total area will exceed 120,000 sq. m.
Which is more, in front of Crocus Expo there will be an open space for test-driving Land Rover, HAVAL and AvtoVAZ cars.
MIAS traditionally serves as a platform for demonstrating the latest novelties of national and world’s automotive industries: Acura, Alfa Romeo, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Brabus, Brilliance, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chery, Chrysler, Citroen, Ducati, FAW, Fiat, Ford, Geely, Great Wall, Haima, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, LADA, Land Rover, Lexus, Lifan, Maserati, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, SEAT, Skoda, Smart, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen. First time at MIAS: PGO Automobiles, HAVAL, DFM, Changan, Datsun and HTM (Hawtai Motor).
This year the automobile show is expected to present nine world premieres, nine European premieres, 40 Russian premieres, and 16 futuristic-looking concept cars including:
- Premiere of a racing car by Renault — Renault Sport R.S. 01;
- World premieres of new Audi A7 and Audi RS 7, and a premiere of Audi TT coupé;
- Two new concept-cars by PEUGEOT — PEUGEOT 308R and PEUGEOT 2008 DKR;
- Russian premiere of Citroën Jumper, which is highly successful in Europe;
- Russian premiere of an original wagon ŠKODA Octavia Scout and a five-door coupé ŠKODA VisionC;
- Subaru presents two premieres on its stand — Subaru VIZIV 2 and Subaru Outback Concept;
- Updated version of Solano by Lifan Motors Rus;
- And many more.
A vast business program of MIAS is complemented with a unique stuntman show with the best teams of scooter and motorcycle riders.
AutoTrans 2014
Soon after the end of MIAS, on 8–11 September, Crocus Expo will be hosting the third exhibition for automobile industry – AutoTrans 2014.
This time, the focus will be on freight transport.
On the total area of 15 thousand sq. m over 180 exponents from Russia, CIS and other countries will present their products.
Within the framework of this exhibition a freight transport competition is planned. The jury will choose the best lorry truck, wagon and bus of the year. They are also going to award a «Promising model of the Year» award and a Special prize.
